This is a brand new two-story commercial building in Walnut Creek designed to accommodate a high-end bridal salon, plus a space for an additional commercial tenant. The project included demolition of the previous building, construction of the new building, new parking spaces and a new sidewalk with pavers and concrete stamps. The new space includes a glass, double-door entrance, numerous windows that welcome in the natural light and custom opaque glass overhangs at all three entrances.
